Job Requirement
- Education : LLB Degree
- Experience :5 years relevant experience
Competencies
- Good knowledge of the judicial system of Ethiopia
- Considerable knowledge of preparing pleadings.
- Considerable knowledge of national and international law/conventions in general, and those related to international trade, modes of transport and the corresponding insurance legal frame works in particular.
- Ability to plan, direct, supervises and control attorneys.
- Good knowledge of insurance business (principles & Practices)
- Good knowledge of company governing statutes.
- Good knowledge of the principles and methods of litigation (Civil Procedure Code)
- Ability to interpret codes of law.
- Communication and litigation skill.
