በኤሌክትሪካል ምህንድስና ወይም በተመሳሳይ መስክ በሙያው 6 ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ያለው/ላትና ከዚያ ውስጥ ቢያንስ 4 ዓመት በሰፋፊና ውስብስብ የህንፃ ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ የኤሌክትሪክ ሥራዎችንዲዛይንና ቁጥጥር ሥራዎችን የሠራ/ች
