Job Description

The overall purpose of this job is to be responsible for partner verification, investigations, background checks and partner performance management and training.

• Verify partner’s documents for training and onboarding.
• Onboard and train partners in line with the training manual.
• Activate trained partners into the company’s system.
• Drive partner retention strategies
• Follow up partners to ensure that they regularly service customers’ orders and establish reasons for non-conformity.
• Grow quality base of the active Partners.
• Update daily / weekly / monthly reports and BU KPIs
• Keep record of partner merchandise
• Undertake partners’ disciplinary process.
• Conduct partner refresher training
• Identify potential partners for the company.
• Ensure customers’ orders are serviced within expected timelines.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business field will be given priority).
• Minimum 0-2  years of relevant experience.
• Ability to think on one’s feet
• Ability to handle irate partners in a calm and diplomatic manner.
• Personal motivation and drive exhibited through commitment to hard work, continuous improvement, and achievement of goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
