Job Description
The overall purpose of this job is to be responsible for partner verification, investigations, background checks and partner performance management and training.
- Verify partner’s documents for training and onboarding.
- Onboard and train partners in line with the training manual.
- Activate trained partners into the company’s system.
- Drive partner retention strategies
- Follow up partners to ensure that they regularly service customers’ orders and establish reasons for non-conformity.
- Grow quality base of the active Partners.
- Update daily / weekly / monthly reports and BU KPIs
- Keep record of partner merchandise
- Undertake partners’ disciplinary process.
- Conduct partner refresher training
- Identify potential partners for the company.
- Ensure customers’ orders are serviced within expected timelines.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business field will be given priority).
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to think on one’s feet
- Ability to handle irate partners in a calm and diplomatic manner.
- Personal motivation and drive exhibited through commitment to hard work, continuous improvement, and achievement of goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
