Job Description
The overall purpose of this job is to oversee sales at a business unit level. Develop and expand Kifiya’s business ensuring profitable growth, satisfactory cash flow, and enhance market leadership.
- Focus on the customers under E-Delivery, champion, and understand their needs.
- Lead customer retention strategy and execute it with a cross-functional team.
- Manage customer relationships for the Key Accounts.
- Coach & monitor the performance of CRMs to ensure a satisfactory experience for E-Delivery clients.
- Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for revenue growth.
- Work with Operations Team to ensure that Partner Operations and Sales balance optimally on the platform (Supply = Demand).
- Work side-by-side with Marketing to deliver on Kifiya’s growth targets.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
- Support liquidity through good capital and debtor management.
- Continually review and improve business processes to improve productivity and add value to Kifiya services.
- Ensure revenue yield enhancement and market share growth through development.
- Develop and execute on the company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to growth.
- Manage commission structure for the Business Unit
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other business-related fields
- Minimum 10 years’ in sales or business development with 5 years at a supervisory level.(Experience in e-delivelry, FMCG, Insurance, Banks and last mile distribution, have an advantage)
- Demonstrated understanding of sales strategies.
- Knowledge of service quality management.
- Good understanding of SLA and KPIs tracking.
- Ability to identify and interpret consumer and market trend analysis.
- High level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- Must be a self-starter and highly organized
- Ability to work well with people at all levels in the organization
