Job Summary
Reporting directly to the group CFO, the archivist is responsible ensure all financial documents are stored orderly and complete
Key Functions
- Record incoming and outgoing documents in document register
- Sort documents and records in accordance with archiving standards
- Maintain paper based and electronic file system
- Enter document identification codes into computer in order to determine locations of documents to be retrieved
- Perform periodic inspections of files in order to ensure correct placement, legibility and proper condition
- Design forms related to filing system
- Answer questions about records and files
- Assist auditors on their audit activities
- Ensures completeness of documents in the archive
- Ensures documents are placed orderly
- Ensures receiving and issuance of documents are properly recorded
- Receives financial documents, store it properly and deliver it when needed
- Handle all activities professionally and with full integrity
- Supports others in day to day operations
- respects the rules and policies set out by the department and the company at large

Education Qualifications and Requirement
- BA in public administration, Information system or related field of study.
Experience
- 2 year of work experience is required.
