Job Description
The incumbent is in Charge of Coordinating and managing thematic development programs to maximum satisfaction of CCRDA, Project holders and donor agencies. Provides reliable, fair and purposeful regard to the project assigned. The incumbent efficiently involves in complementing the fundraising, training and related capacity building efforts of CCRDA and provides unreserved inputs to the success of the CCRDA engagements.
Education: Masters in Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, Social science or other related field of study
Experience: A minimum 6 years relevant work experience on Coordination and management of NGO projects, networking and partnership building, resource mobilization.

Place of work: Addis Ababa at CCRDA Complex
