የትምህርት ደረጃ: የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ያለው/ያላት ሆኖ በቴከስታይል ኢንጅነሪንግ ፤ ኢንደስትሪያል ኢንጅነሪንግ በማኔጅመንት በኢኮኖሚክስ ፤ እና በሌሎች ተዛማጅ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች
ተፈላጊ የሥራ ልምድ: በኃላፊነት አግባብ ያለው አምስት (5) አመት እና ከዛ በላይ በሙያው ያገለገለ
ተፈላጊ ችሎታ:
- በቂ የሆነ የሥራ አመራር ክህሎት እና የማስተባበር ችሎታ ያለው/ያላት
- መልካም ስነ-ምግባር ያለው/ያላት ፤ ሰርቶ ማሰራት የሚችል
- መሰረታዊ የሆነ የኮምፒተር አጠቃቀም ችሎታ ያለው/ያላት
