Job Description

• The Training and Development Manager is responsible for implementation of Talent, Performance Management and Development initiatives/solutions to build talent and entrench a high performing culture Provides leadership in the design, implementation and management of talent and development strategies that integrate the talent life cycle within Habesha to build talent depth and enable succession planning for all key roles
• Leading the development and execution of key organizational talent and development processes and solutions
• Provides leadership in the development and implementation of competency models, assessment strategy, career development management, diversity management and change management interventions
• Ensure integrity of Learning & Development data captured and aligned to all audit protocols
• Responsible for the growth and enablement of people practices through robust frameworks and developmental focus areas to enable current work force delivery and future work force capability
• Compile plans and implement for the company:
  • Talent management plans

*The scope of work is expansive, dynamic and not limited to the above.

Job Requirements

Masters/Bachelor Degree in Management or related fields. Having Certification is a plus

• 3 – 5 years Human Resources management experience with a strong background in Talent, OE and Development within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in consulting, coaching, facilitation and design and influencing skills.
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
