Timex Trading P.L.C A well- known construction Equipment diesel generators importer and distributor, and Export of different kinds of oil seeds, would like to recruit for the Executive Secretary Vacant position.

Specific Duties Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of import documentation   
  • Handle documentation, customs clearance, shipment and tracking follow up on suppliers communications  
  • Working knowledge of regulatory, procedural & documentation requirements of banks, insurance companies, customs authority ESL, supplier & other related companies.
  • Files all document, reports, etc. And opens new file as required.

N.B፡- A candidate with background on ECX operations is more appreciated

Job Requirements

Educational qualification

  • Minimum of BA degree from recognized institute management, business administration & other related business filed.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of three years’ Experience related with the position of import documentation officer and relevant experience in import Export companies.

Skills Required

  • Well experienced in the position
  • Energetic/motivated
