Job Requirements
Essential minimum qualifications and capacities
· Bachelor’s degree in such as social science (research related), Monitoring and Evaluation, statistics, Nutrition/Health Monitoring, Public health etc. and other relevant fields of studies (related to M&E, development, research, data analytics, etc.) with over two years of relevant experience
· Experience in humanitarian programming in addition to development programming is an advantage
· Clear understanding and experience in directly implementing primary quantitative data collection (surveys, etc.)
· Clear understanding and experience in directly implementing primary qualitative data collection (key informant interviews, focus group discussion, participatory qualitative methods, etc.)
· Clear understanding and experience of quality assurance in data collection
· Ability to provide technical advice and support
· Experience of providing training and capacity building to programme and M & E staff
Excellent communication skills; able to work as part of a team and establish relationships with field office.Ability and willingness to frequently travel and stay at the field
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results for children.
Proven capacity to supervise, train and coach staff and working with community members.How to Apply
