- የትምህርት ደረጃ: 10ኛ ወይም 12ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ እና 4ኛ መንጃ ፈቃድ፣ ወይም የደረቅ ሁለት መንጃ ፈቃድ ወይም ከዚህ በላይ ያለው፣
- የሥራ ልምድ: በደረቅ ጭነት ወይም በተመሣሣይ ሥራ ላይ ቢያንስ አራት ዓመትና ከዚያ በላይ የሰራ፣
