Position Summery
To ensure success, the Training Manager should understand the business and its training needs. The training Manager leads the effort of training new associates, coaching and developing associates to new positions.
He/She identifies areas of improvement and develops strategic training plans to curve the shortcomings.
Will assist Department Heads in designing and deploying Job specific trainings.
