Duties and Responsibilities of the post holder

• Ensure the designs of Sanitary works are as per the code, standards and compatible with the building and propose an update whenever necessary
• Analyse the operation and performance of Sanitary fixtures and systems
• Advise the Insurance on technical issues related to Sanitary works of the project with specific attentions towards the quality, cost, time and issues that needs the attention of the Insurance’s Management
• Visit project site periodically and attend tripartite meeting to resolve technical issues whenever necessary
• Ensure the Sanitary material submitted for approval are of the right quality and as per drawings and specification
• Ensure the supplies of Sanitary material and related inputs of the project are the right quality and as per the approved sample or specification
• Follow up and evaluate the installation of sanitary fixtures, pipe work systems and sewage work, and processes to meet requirements by applying knowledge of engineering principles.

Job Requirement

• Education: BSc in Sanitary Engineering
• Work Experience: Minimum 10 years work experience in related fields (Mechanical works is advantageous.

Terms of Employment:On Contract basis – initially for a period of one year and with possibility of extension thereafter
