Job Summary

The Director of Human Resource Management is responsible for the strategic human resource management in a professional and legally compliant manner. The post holder promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resource development programs. Directs staff, ensures employees work place safety and security, creatively boosts job satisfaction and morale, employee loyalty and teamwork in compliance with the organization’s human resource management policy and procedures.

Job Requirement

Education : University graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in human resource, organizational management, management, communications, business administration, performance management, or labor law.

Experience: A minimum 4 years of experience in human resource management in NGOs.
