Design, Development, Implementation, and Support for  Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution of CGF

Introduction 

CGF CROWN CORK MANUFACTURING PLC CGF is the largest private sector Crown cork manufacturing factory in Ethiopia, established as per the commercial code of Ethiopia in the year 2018. Earlier the company was established under C.G.F.BUSINESS GROUP PLC in 2004.

 Objectives of the assignment.

The main objectives of hiring the consultant for this assignment are as follows:

• Development of web-enabled integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for supporting CGF regular operations which include the Financial Management Information System (FMIS), Supply Chain Management Information System (SCMIS) Warehouse Management Information System (WMIS), Admin and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), Production & Quality Assurance Management Information System (PQMIS),Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Electronic document management system (eDMS)
• Establish and maintain a robust Online, Real-time, Web Based, Database Monitoring System (ORDBMS) that enables to get real time data and statistics available for a timely decision, policymaking, monitoring for the CGF related activities.
• The ERP solution should integrate all independent software modules that are supporting the operation of CGF.
• The ERP solution should manage major business processes that include Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Investment and Fund Management of CGF.
• The HR management system should support operation on Personnel Management (Personal Data, Leave Management, Travel Management, Salary Management, Performance Evaluation),Time Management, Personal Development (Trainings, Performance Evaluation), Document Registration ,Document Management System (Store and Search Document, access control), Material Management (Pre Purchase, Post Purchase, Inventory), Payroll and Tax calculation.
• Strengthen the monitoring capacity of the company based on different activities for properdecision making support to top managers.
• Modernize and strengthen the e-Governance system by implementing online web based CGF ERP at central level for CGF and department/divisions under the CGF.
• Build a sound networking system, data collection mechanism, work flow system, monitoring and reporting mechanism between CGF Head office and plant.
• Knowledge management for the employees involved in the information management system.

Qualification and work experience

Qualification and experience of the firm:

1.  A minimum of 10 years of documented experience of system software design and web based applications design, development and implementation of similar projects types for corporate business, investment companies, banks, government, NGOs, INGOs and similar others. 
2. Must have an experience of at least 5 web based ERP/MIS/DSS projects development in Ethiopia from last 10 years 
3. Having documented evidence of contract agreements signed with at least 3 public and/or Private manufacturing and other similar industries. 
4. Other relevant documents like company registration, VAT registration, latest tax clearance, etc. are necessary.
