REALITY CONSTRUCTION & REAL ESTATE is a construction and real estate company which strives to contribute significantly to the real state sector of Ethiopia.  

Now we are looking for competent and smart secretary & Admin Ass, to assign immediately on its vacant position.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Registering and handling incoming and outgoing letter
  • Writing letters
  • Receiving incoming letters and allocating to the entitled departments
  • Receiving and delivering letters, messages, documents to different offices
  • operating CD burning, scanning, print, copy 
  • receiving bank advices from cashiers,
  • Answer telephones and handle office equipment in appropriate manner.
  • Organize and handle / maintain documents properly in its hardcopy and computer-based information.
  • depositing money and checks to banks
  • processing of withdrawing money, CPO, checks from banks
  • Purchasing and distributing of stationary and other office supplies to departments.
  • Processing any translation service of the company
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Organizing all type of paperwork including pictures, sound records, documents and computer-based information.
  • Handle all Admin Assistance & office Management works of its department.
  • Other duties as assigned by her immediate supervisor. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma in secretarial science or management from recognized college or university and four years working experience as secretary and admin assistance
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA ) in secretarial science, or management, or in any related social science field of study; and 2 years working experience as secretary and admin assistance
  • For Diploma (Level IV with COC) - 4 years & above working experience as secretary and admin assistance

 Other requirements

  • Good knowledge about document registration, handling and keeping
  • good command of English and Amharic languages.
  • good knowledge on using computer, internet and social medias
  • Professional in using word, excel and other software packages
  • Experience in handling petty cash payment,
