ተፈላጊ መስፈርት:ከታወቀ ዩኒቨርስቲ ወይም ኮሌጅ በኢንዱስትሪያል ኬሚስትሪ ወይም በተመሳሳይ ሙያ በሁለተኛ ዲግሪ ወይም በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ የተመረቀ ሆኖ በሙያው 10/12 ዓመት የሠራ እና ከዚህ ውስጥ 4/6 ዓመት በተለያየ ኃላፊነት ደረጃ ላይ የሠራ ወይም፣ በኬሚካል ኢንጂነሪንግ፣ በሌዘር ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንጂነሪንግ በሁለተኛ ዲግሪ ወይም በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ የተመረቀ ሆኖ በሙያው 8/10 ዓመት የሠራ እና ከዚህ ውስጥ 2/4 ዓመት በተለየ የኃላፊነት ደረጃ ላይ የሠራ፡፡
