The Role Summary:
Working with the team the post holder is responsible for
- Gather environmental data within workplaces such as ventilation, noise, and ionic radiation.
- Analyse the environmental data they gather to identify potential health and safety risks within the workplace.
- The development, planning and management of the hygiene programmer in the Brewery
- Developing strategies to reduce and eliminate health and wellness risks within the workplace
- Develop educational materials and programs to support employee health and wellness Program.
- Proposing and leading implementation of programs to protect employee health, and implementing ergonomics.
- Conducting regular audits of programs.
Recommend Improvements to the Management
- Maintaining current knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation.
Job Requirements
The Person:
A university level degree in Environmental health, environmental science or sanitary science and 1 plus years of work experiences in a similar role with good communication and expression ability are the necessary requirements of the role.
