Job Summery
The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Team, ensuring that highly productive and well-trained staff is always maintained.
The incumbent ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of the financial reporting and of the accounting functions while providing information and assistance to the Director of Finance.
Under the guidance of the Director of Finance he/she also assist in focusing on the profitability of the business, maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring acceptable levels on internal control, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations, and safeguarding owners/investors assets.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Accounting /Diploma in Accounting and/or equivalent · Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager in a similar capacity in a 4*/5* hotel international hotels chain · Excellent knowledge of various PMS, POS Purchasing, Accounting and Reporting · Self-driven and progressive work style |
· Possess a warm and friendly demeanor; · Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service · Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm; |
Have a strong ability to learn skills, retain and demonstrate learning
