Job overview

Overseers of the human resources department and insurers of the functions and tasks being carried out by the HR team.Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel, planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department, Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.

The primary objectives of the manager are Development of the Human Resources department, Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development and high performance, Personal ongoing development.

Responsibilities and duties 

  • Policy and procedure development
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Employee services, counseling and Employee onboarding
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to CEO and management team and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Requirements

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Masters degree in human resources from a prestigious college/ university
  • 2+ years in human resources
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Understanding federal HR laws
  • Detail-oriented and organizational nature
