Job Summary

The major purpose of the job is to drive the Local Follow-up System updates smoothly & operate fully on the Purchase Module of CMMS for all local technical purchases. The Job holder is expected to work closely, give support & guide to procurement follow up operators as well. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To register & allocate new RFQ to purchasers based on the categories.
  • To collect the pipeline purchase status & update daily to the system.
  • To respond timely to all query from CMMS team on cleaning outstanding purchases.
  • To offer full & timely clarification for finance & user units.
  • Upload CASI [Cash Sales Invoice] to the system.
  • To generate periodical report as per required by users.
  • To carry out the Procurement Follow up Operators tasks in his/her absence/workload.
  • To support site procurement, follow up operator & team on system work.
  • To follow also procurement KPI’s

Job Requirements

Requirements and Required Experiences

  • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Hand on skill to communicate the suppliers & requestors on mail.
  • Ability to work on Database
  • Skill to work on Web-based Local Procurement follow up system,
  • Right attitude to be a good team player,
  • Ability to respond to urgencies,
  • Result oriented, attention to detail.
  • Should have a driving license,
  • Respect the company rules & regulation of safety.

Educational Qualifications

  • BA in Management Information System, Computer Science/ ICT, Office MGT, Management, related discipline.
