Job Summary

• This position is responsible for the overall feed delivery coordination handling all the loading of feed, issuing delivery order, receiving sales order, encoding sales data, consolidating sales order, communicating with feed sales team on feed delivery, counting bags during loading to check the correct amount feed is loaded and preparing sales summaries.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under the direction of the delivery coordinator, the assistant delivery coordinator assists the overall delivery operation and ensures the efficient and effective distribution of feed.
• He/she is accountable for the logistical and documentation operation, efficiency and customer service.
• The role involves receiving products from stores, moving and delivers to customers.  This delivery coordination role requires good mental abilities and attitudes, as well as a strong commitment to satisfy customer, in order to meet deadlines and maintain high customer service standards,
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills, and must be able to handle more than one task at a time and work under pressure with ability to prioritize as needed.
• Develops and implements delivery schedule as per the order provided by FRSMs.
• While adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, plan, develop, organize, all activities involved in the receiving of products from the warehouse on behalf of customers and coordinate for safely delivery to customer.
• As an integral part of the team, ensure that customers are highly regarded and receive exceptional service during the delivering and receiving of products from the store.
• Address problems with production, delays, quality-control issues, such as poor quality or improperly packed goods, and problems client deadlines. Customer interaction could be face-to-face, on the phone.
• Communicate with commercial farmers and dealers during on the feed delivery schedule and product availability.
• Receive feed sales order from FASM prepare delivery order and work with plant finance to issue the sales invoice.

• Encode feed sales data with all information and organize weekly, monthly and year to date summaries. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Production, Business Administration or in related field

Experience:
