Job Description
- Receive order and sell company product to existing and new customers.
- Manage cash register machine according to government rules and regulations.
- Collecting payment and issuing receipts.
- Deposit cash at bank and issue Z report and deposit slip to cashier at the end of the duty.
- Apply route to market procedures and manage his/her sales route.
- Make availability and visibility of the company product in the outlets.
- Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet his/her sales target and following up on new leads and referrals.
- Identify sales prospect and communicates with other sales team.
- Generate mechanism of exceeding market penetration.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and provides excellent services.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Management, Accounting and other related field of study and at least 1 year related work experience or Collage Diploma/TVET level IV and above in Marketing Management, Management, Salesmanship, Accounting and at least 3 years related work experience.
- Energetic, able to work under pressure.
- Reactive person.
- Good communication skill.
- Commitment to team effort.
- Reporting ability
