Best Western International own Seventeen Iconic Brands among which Best Western Plus is one of the upper mid-scale Brands. The Best Western Plus Addis Ababa is the first property for its distinct Brand, located in the city center near the airport.  We are currently seeking talented & qualified candidates to form part of our growing property offering the below position:- 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Military  Science/ Diploma from recognized Police collage &  Recognized Security Certification
  • Minimum five (5) years as Security, Police, or Military experience
  • No less than 3-5 years of experience working in 4*/5* International chain hotel.
  •  Solid knowledge & experience with the latest security machines.
  •  Minimum 2 years in a managerial/ assistant role of the same.
  • Trains team members according to standards in the RISK manual.   
  • Pays constantly attention to security and safety regulations and is fully aware of the local law, risks procedures.

  •  Fluency in English is essential while  other languages would be an advantage
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  •  Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral 
  • Proactive approach and a strong drive for results.
  • Display a high level of integrity and professionalism to both colleagues and clients.
