Job Requirements

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Level IV in Secretarial Science, Office Management or related business fields with two (2) years and above demonstrated experience.

Additional Skill:

  • Excellent email communication.
  • Language proficiency: English and Amharic.
  • Administration and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • A friendly and professional telephone  manner.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once.
  • Meeting schedule & Meeting room management.
