HST Consulting is looking for experienced, energetic and committed Distributors Back-office Sales Admin for one of its esteemed clients operating in a brewery industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Data Management  

  • Ensure your distributor [account] has the right infrastructure to operate Distributor Management System (DMS) at any time (Hardware, Internet Connectivity).
  • Coordinate with DMS support/DBS for new device and repair requests.
  • First response to transactional data issues and escalation where necessary to DMS Support/ S&OP teams.
  • Ensure integrity of transactional and master data on SFA systems.
  • Responsible for the following KPIs:
  • Daily inventory [Both Finished Goods and Empty] reconciliation and proper recordings.
  • Ensure that all shipments, free issue, POSM are captured correctly into DMS warehouse.
  • Own daily VSM reconciliation KPIs – Stock Out, Stock Count, Route Settlement and Stock out to Principle.
  • Transactional data management.
  • Check and ensure sales calls and transactions are captured on DMS.
  • DMS BCP process management.
  • Back-office sales management

Type of Employment:     Contract. Renewable based on satisfactory performance.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • University Degree / Diploma from a recognized University, specializations in IT.
  • 0-2 years’ experience with a basic knowledge of database management and administration (Finance, IS, and use of Microsoft tools etc.).
  • Strong capability to drive amazing relationships with distributors.
  • Ability to carry out assignments with little or no supervision.
  • Basic IT skills including Excel and knowledge.
  • Basic numerical analysis skills.
  • Ability to prioritize time and workload maintaining the balance between urgent and relevant issues.
