Job Description
Job purpose :
The overall purpose of the job is to lead and support the implementation of Livelihood activities at Pugnido for South Sudanese refugee programme and God woreda across all programmes projects and provide necessary leadership and technical support to Agriculture/Livelihoods staffs assigned for Pugnido I and II Refugee camps and Surrounding host community.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
1. Project planning and implementation
· Ensure the timely implementation of planned agricultural activities
2. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
· Monitor the works carried out by the refugee HHs and provide proper extension advise and ensure they use the required agronomic practices
3. Reporting
· Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarter and annual reports
4. Coordination and Networking
· Work closely with the Concern nutrition team at all-time Emergency Response
Work closely with ARRA, UNHCR and Government sectors offices on livelihood interventions.

Person Specification
· BSc Degree in Agriculture (Plant Science, Crop science, Animal and Livestock production) or other Agriculture relevant fields with minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience respectively.
· Minimum of two years NGO Experience
· Experience in Nutrition sensitive agriculture activities
· Familiarity with new techniques on crop production, backyard gardening or livestock production, fishing and apiculture /or beekeeping.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
· Staff management experience
· Clear understanding and experience of working with refugee context and host communities( development)
· Experience of providing training and capacity building to Agriculture/livelihood Officers and government staffs
· Excellent communication skills; able to work as part of a team and establish relationships with field offices.
· Computer Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point and other statistical packages
