Plan International Ethiopia is looking for a Welcome Center Coordinator for SNNP Program Area who will be reporting to the Chief of Party. Role Purpose The Welcome Centre Coordinator provides technical and administrative support to the Hawassa Industrial Park Welcome Centre. He/she welcomes and provides information for the newly recruited HIP workers, visitors and maintains the centre’s communications and assists workers and relevant stakeholders with questions and concerns related to industrial park and the Hawassa community. Dimensions of the Role The role has no direct reports. However, the job holder will have frequent contact with various size and profile visitors. He/she is required to give up to date and concrete information on workers and WWA project related information at the Welcome Center. Accountabilities Coordinates with recruiters on how to portray information to the newly recruited workers at the centre and deliver information (soft or hard) to the workers.
