Job Description
A Junior HR Admin & Advisor supports the HR department in various administrative and advisory tasks, focusing on enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency. This role includes maintaining employee records. They also help in updating HR policies and documents, managing internal databases, and providing support to HR managers in day-to-day functions. By facilitating communication between employees and management, the Junior HR Admin & Advisor contributes to a positive workplace culture while gaining valuable experience in human resources practices.

Creating and Maintaining Employee Records: Develop and organize comprehensive employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Updating Internal Employee Databases: Regularly update HR information systems to reflect changes in employee status and personal information.
Creating and Amending HR Documents: Draft, review, and modify HR documents, including employment contracts and policy manuals.
Collecting, Analyzing, and Reporting HR Metrics: Gather and analyze data related to recruitment, retention, and employee performance to generate insightful reports.
Supporting HR Directors and Managers: Assist HR leaders with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Preparing Payroll: Process payroll information accurately and ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Facilitating Employee Onboarding: Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Maintaining Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements.
Managing Employee Inquiries: Address employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Tracking Attendance and Leave: Monitor and record employee attendance, leave requests, and related documentation.
Supporting in compensation and benefit tasks.
Supporting Employee Engagement Initiatives: Contribute to programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Perform other duties as may be necessary and assigned from time to time by the department manager/CEO or any delegated supervisor.
Education: BA Degree in HRM, Management or related field of study
