• Educational Qualification:BA in Management or Human Resource Management
• Work Experience:2 years as Learning & Development  Officer II or equivalent OR 6 years relevant experience in the banking  industry  OR  2 years as Senior Human Learning & Development Officer or equivalent OR 7 years  relevant experience
