Since then, the company has increased its destinations to five, by opening Haile Hotel Shashemene, Ziway Resort, Haile Resort Arbaminch and Yaya Africa Athletics Village.

Job Requirements

• diploma(10+3) in house keeping /BA degree in Hotel Management
• 4 years for diploma and 2 year for BA holders
• Able to manage work and people 
• Leading Ability 
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals 
• Able to communicate in reading and writing English and Amharic 
• Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule
• Pro-activeness and analytical ability 
• Detail Oriented
• Excellent customer service skill
