Silver Spring Production and Promotion PLC which is the sole agent for EBS television.
This position is located in Silver Spring Production and Promotion PLC Legal Department. Review department contributes to the company as a damage preventive platform and facilitating smooth and confident work environment by creating consciousness with in the crew regarding freedom of expression and its core principle , the broad aim of the company to serve the public in numerous aspect through its medium needs to be supported by such department so that the needed information is communicated by respecting media Related Laws and Journalistic Ethics .
Duties and Responsibilities
Confidentiality: the department request a strict rule of confidentiality
- Under the overall supervision of the department head and direct accountability to the CEO, the obligatory Will be responsible of the following duties:
- Review’s program content before being aired and make a quick report to the concerned department.
- Provides legal advice to production team on how a program can be done with the domain of media related laws and the stations editorial policy.
- Make producers understand legal and moral aspect of their content.
- Check the legality of Advertisement and documents attached: provide legal Advice on contents of the Advert.
- Supports the Legal Department with workload, including drafting contracts and checking the legality of document.
- Implementing the Editorial policies,
- At any point need to be focused
