Job Summary

Ethiochicken is looking for a talented Data Collector to join as a critical member of our Customer Insights and Innovation team. The Data Collector will oversee collecting customer’s feedback through designed variety of surveys. The Primary objectives of the Customer Insights& Innovation team at Ethiochicken is to collect insightful feedback through research, to build a comprehensive picture of what EC customers want and drive incremental improvements on customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting interviews with stakeholders (interview questions will be provided)
• Conducting surveys with stakeholders (surveys will be provided)
• Setting up and facilitating focus group discussions with relevant stakeholders (discussion points will be provided)
• Carrying out research activities as requested
• Inputting data from research conducted in a clear, concise and accurate way (template databases will be provided)
• Share information on challenges faced, specifically relating to misunderstanding of questions or unavailability of data
• Reporting on activities conducted, challenges faced, and progress made on Collecting data

• Be involved in and give feedback on data collection methods and data collection tool design 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• BA or Diploma in Marketing or related fields
• Proficiency in English writing skill is mandatory
• Proficiency in speaking Tigrigna and/or Oromifa languages is mandatory   
• Any other local language is an addition 
• Good communication skill 

EXPERIENCE 

• Fresh graduate
