Job Description

Office Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail.

Required number: 1

Required Gender: Female

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

  • Announcing clients as necessary.

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.

  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma and above 

  • She should have worked as a receptionist and secretary in a well-known organization

  • Legal work experience of 2 years and above 

  • Ability to speak the native language in addition to Amharic

Required Skill:

  • Must have computer skiil (knowledge)
