Job Description

Handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business. They call existing and prospective customers to promote goods and services. They also obtain sales and arrange sales visits.

Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Applicants Needed: Female

Salary/Compensation: Monthly As a company scale

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

Job Requirements

  • Degree / diploma in any field.

  • Previous sales experience.

  • She has worked as a sales professional for at least 2 years

  • Who can provide a collateral letter from a company.

Required Skills

  • Have great communication skills.

  • Good customer service.

  • Fast learner.

  • Very active person and can adapt herself to the working environment.
