Job Description

A General Property Admin Officer is responsible in managing the day-to-day operations of a property, including maintenance, repairs, tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations, while also coordinating with various stakeholders.

Required Number:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of company properties, including buildings, facilities, and equipment.

  • Ensure properties are compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Manage lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and negotiations.

  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.

  • Prepare and manage budgets for property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

  • Monitor and control expenses related to property administration.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study

  • Experience:  4 years for a Diploma and 2 years for Bachelor's Degree
