Job Description
A General Property Admin Officer is responsible in managing the day-to-day operations of a property, including maintenance, repairs, tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations, while also coordinating with various stakeholders.
Required Number: 1
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of company properties, including buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Ensure properties are compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and negotiations.
Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
Prepare and manage budgets for property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Monitor and control expenses related to property administration.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study
Experience: 4 years for a Diploma and 2 years for Bachelor's Degree
