Duties and Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Lead cost analysis and budgeting for our state-of-the-art manufacturing operations
Transform raw financial data into powerful business insights that drive profitability
Partner with production teams to optimize costs without compromising quality
Develop innovative financial models that give us a competitive edge
Present strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership
Implement cost control measures that have immediate bottom-line impact
Job Requirements:
We're Looking For Someone With:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred)
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on cost accounting experience (manufacturing environment ideal)
Mastery of cost accounting principles and ERP systems
Stellar analytical skills - you spot financial opportunities others miss
Leadership potential to grow into more senior roles
Passion for the manufacturing sector and business growth
