Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Production, Nutrition, Hotel/Tourism, Catering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - For each item served, develops standard recipes and techniques for preparation and presentation to assure consistently prepared, high-quality meals - Takes the lead in the hiring process of kitchen staff 

Bachelor's Degree or High school Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality fields with relevant work expereince in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

BA Degree or DIploma in Hotel Operation, or in a related field with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates. - Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.

Diploma in IT, Business, Marketing or in a related field with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist customers who need technical support in coordination with responsible department - Monitor overall customer satisfaction and design mechanism on how to improve customer satisfaction
